Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Falls Outdoor Company cannot control shipping times or logistics once a product leaves our store. The dates we provide are estimates from the shipping company and are ultimately dependent on USPS. Actual delivery dates may differ from the initially projected ones. For more information about your package's location, refer to the individual tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that all tracking data regarding your package is supplied by the shipping service.
Please be aware: Unless alternative shipping methods are arranged and confirmed before ordering, we cannot guarantee them. For special shipping requirements, reach out to [email protected] before placing an order. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Information / Undeliverable Items
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and deliverable shipping information. They will be accountable for any extra charges if merchandise is returned to Falls Outdoor Company due to incorrect shipping details, the inability to receive shipments at the provided address, or failure to collect held shipments. Charges may include reshipping merchandise to the correct address. If a buyer no longer wants the product due to an undeliverable address, they can request a refund. Refunds will be issued after Falls Outdoor Company receives the returned merchandise. Buyers won't be refunded for incurred shipping costs, and restocking fees may apply.
If an undeliverable item is returned to Falls Outdoor Company, we'll make an effort to successfully deliver the package. If there's no response within 30 days to correct delivery information and/or cover additional costs for subsequent delivery, the order will be refunded, excluding our original shipping and handling expenses for the undeliverable shipment. Restocking fees may apply.
Falls Outdoor Company is not liable for packages after the shipping carrier's tracking information indicates delivery to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. This includes post-delivery issues such as theft of unattended packages, damage, etc.
In the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you may be asked for additional information to facilitate a resolution.
PO Boxes
PO Boxes require USPS for shipping, Falls Outdoor Company reserves the right to ask for additional shipping charges to PO Box addresses. Customers can provide a non-PO Box address, pay the extra charges for PO Box deliveries, or opt to cancel and refund their orders.
LOCAL PICKUP
Orders labeled for "Local Pickup" cannot be shipped once placed. However, you can create a new order for the same product(s) and select shipping at checkout. Contact Falls Outdoor Company, provide the order numbers from your original order that you'd like canceled, and the new order you'd like shipped. We'll cancel and refund your original local-pickup order.
Local pickup orders will be available at our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio store location for 30 days. If an order isn't collected within this period, it will be refunded, minus a 5% restocking fee.
FRAUD-RELATED ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To safeguard our customers' and the public's personal data, our e-commerce platform uses an automated system to prevent fraudulent use of payment credentials. If our system identifies an order as high-fraud risk, it may automatically cancel it. An order could be flagged for various reasons, and the system might or might not notify you at checkout. In these cases, Falls Outdoor Company may contact you from [email protected], requesting additional information. If you encounter issues during checkout or receive a post-order notification of cancellation due to fraud, please get in touch.
